Privacy
In short
This site requires no registration and does not profile visitors. The only feature that handles data you write is Elettra, the site's assistant.

Elettra, the site's assistant
When you write a question to Elettra, the text of the question is sent to Anthropic (the provider of the artificial intelligence model; data may be processed in the United States) to generate the answer. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, conversations sent through the API are not used to train models. We keep an anonymous log of questions for 30 days, to understand what people ask and improve the answers: the log contains no IP addresses and is automatically cleaned of email addresses, phone numbers and links. Even so, please don't give Elettra personal data, whether yours or anyone else's. Elettra is an AI and can make mistakes: for prices and important details, check the official pages.
Browsing
The site is made of static pages. We use no traffic analytics and no profiling cookies; local preferences (the sound setting and Elettra's hint, once closed) stay only in your browser. The site is hosted on servers in Europe (Hetzner). The web server keeps no record of visits to this site. Only when you write to Elettra, to limit abuse, your IP address is held in memory only for about an hour and is never written to disk, and the conversation stays in memory for about half an hour after the last message, so that Elettra can follow what you're saying.
Your rights
Processing is based on the studio's legitimate interest in answering visitors' questions and preventing abuse. For any request about your data (access, erasure, information), write to info@zero-g-studio.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (gpdp.it).
